Un marché non réglementé, organisé par Euronext.
Le marché Libre s’adresse aux PME françaises et étrangères qui souhaitent s’introduire en Bourse.

  • Pas de % minimal de diffusion des titres dans le public.
  • Les 2 années de comptes ne sont demandées que si l’ancienneté le permet.

Ce marché est souvent présenté comme une 1ère étape boursière. 10 % des entreprises cotées sur ce marché rejoignent un autre marché d’Euronext.

MARCHÉ LIBRE (OTC)

A market operates by Euronext that do not fall under the EU definition of « regulated » market, OTC enables small and medium-sized french as well as foreign companies to be listed IPO on Euronext markets without meeting to the highest listing requirements of other Euronext markets.

  • Direct quotation doesn’t required minimum spread of share.
  • Two years financial statement must be given only if the company has been in existance that long.

This market is often the first stock-market stage issue to all NYSE Euronext sectors. 10 % of the companies listed on the free market have transferred to another Euronext market.
